Exit airport, take I-275 towards downtown Tampa to I-4 East.
Follow I-4 East to I-75 South and take first exit off I-75, which is exit 260m at the bottom of the ramp, turn right and immediate right on Park Oak Boulevard. Turn right on Highland Manor Drive. Hilton Garden Inn is located on the right-hand side.

From St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport:
Exit airport, take I-275 North to I-4 East to I-75 South.
Take exit 260, at the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right and immediate right on Park Oaks Boulevard. Turn right on Highland Manor Drive. Hilton Garden Inn is located on the right-hand side.

From I-75 South:
Take exit 260-B, turn right on Park Oaks Boulevard. Turn right on Highland Manor Drive. Hilton Garden Inn is located on the right-hand side.
